Decoding Your Horse

Learn to Observe. Learn to Listen. Learn to Understand.

Your horse is constantly communicating through posture, movement, behavior, and subtle changes in the way they stand and move.

Decoding Your Horse teaches you to slow down, observe, and develop a deeper awareness of what your horse may be communicating—before you apply light.

Through guided education and hands-on learning, you'll explore how to:

• Safely approach and work around your horse

• Observe your horse standing and moving

• Recognize macro and micro changes in posture, movement, and behavior

• Develop a clear intention for a light therapy session

• Explore the Bladder Meridian and its role in the assessment process

• Work through a structured 17-point Basic Equine Evaluation

• Identify areas that may warrant closer observation

• Recognize subtle changes and releases that may occur during a session

• Understand foundational principles of photobiomodulation and its applications for equine wellness

• Explore different light therapy devices and approaches for working with your horse

Light Therapy Starts with Observation

Decoding Your Horse isn't simply about learning where to put the light.

It's about learning to look first.

By developing your observational skills and learning to recognize patterns in your horse's posture, movement, and responses, you can approach light therapy with greater intention and awareness.

A Hands-On Approach

The course combines safe horse handling, observation, assessment, and practical light therapy application to create a framework you can use as you continue developing your skills.

You'll learn how to observe your horse, assess areas of imbalance or concern, and thoughtfully incorporate light therapy into your horse's wellness routine.
